Since 1923, Dominican Home Health
Agency's mission is to provide
free in-home and
community-based nursing care, case
management
and health-related services to the
poor, sick
elderly who are uninsured or
underinsured and
without other resources, so they
are able to stay
safe, healthy and independent in
their own homes
- delaying or avoiding nursing
home placement.
The agency provides in-home
nursing care and
services as well as free loans of
durable medical
equipment for the community
without regard to
the origin, religious belief or
other status of the
individual. |
