Statement of Purpose: The DSA Friends Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, supporting the vision of Denver School of the Arts through fundraising and outreach. This fundraising arm of the school was first organized as the "Friends of DSA" (FDSA) in 1989, and in 2011 expanded to meet the changing needs of DSA, when it was reconstituted as the DSA Friends Foundation (DSAFF.) The foundation primarily works to support the school's Visiting Artists & Scholars Program and Support Our Students Fund, as well as a wide variety of outreach efforts in the community including the DSA Summer of Arts Program and the DSA-Ashley Partnership.
